Peter Roberts is a highly experienced Business Analyst with two decades of exposure in the Financial Services Industry with a specific focus on Investment and Wealth Management, Corporate Trusts, Banking and Treasury.

Within highly skilled multi-disciplinary project teams Peter has assisted companies to deliver complex projects within budget and schedule, taking ownership of project deliverables from inception to business as usual (BAU) handover and ensure that support systems are in place including the provision of training and technical and user documentation so that the project to BAU journey is as seamless and effortless as possible.

Peter has worked on projects using both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies as well as hybrids of these two. He is also trained in Lean Six Sigma, Kanban and Stanford Design Thinking principles and extremely competent in prototyping technology solutions and in working to Minimum Viable Product frameworks where resource allocation is scarce.

Peter is competent in assigning project roles according to the responsibility assignment matrix (RACI) framework, With a reputation for taking project responsibility and ownership through to BAU including all Service Transition, Service Onboarding and Service Readiness Acceptance protocols including the implementation of these with world class IT service providers such as Fujitsu, MS Azure and Amazon Web Services.

Specialising in having a holistic approach to students especially those with Special needs. Successful history of leading with excellent interpersonal skills. A passionate teacher with over 25 years of experience including international homeroom teaching, head
of primary and SENDCO – Special Needs Coordinator.
